The bug is to get the elite siege attack early in the game but only for the particular area u are in..

Well while trying to cap a skill i was in worm mode and I had a cap sig over the "elite siege attack" so the 4th part of the skill bar and after i capped the elite the elite siege attack thing showed up =)

I don't know if it works after u get out of the worm forgot to try.

capture sig is the only skill that not replaced

as soon as you use your capture sig,
the skill is *replaced* by the appropiate Wurm skill

I reread what you posted -- you never had siege attack before this happened?

Please post in your title that there are possible spoilers in your post. Many people have yet to finish NF and the ability to play as worms is a big surprise to many.

Yes I never had the siege before thing - i just finished the mission for getting the worm.

But I suspect that much, since its hard to get these kids to read the manual much less any information about the game before they purchase it (what happened to reviewing a game before buying it anyway? Now its just MOMMIE THIS GAME LOOKS COOLZ BUY IT FOR ME OR I'LL CRY FOR AN HOUR).

@Former ruling, Most people would rather play the game and discover the story than read about it in some 'pre-release' information. Dont be so ignorant.

I thing the way he wrote this confused many people. I'm going to say now, my post contains spoilers. Okay, now that I removed pre-completion users, the thing he means if you place a signet of capture on top of the spot of where the elite wurm attack would be, then you go to into a wurm, you move to a boss, kill it, then cap the skill. The signet of capture will disappear, and you will have the siege attack. I doubt people would have posted this, but over-excitement has claimed this forum as victim. Now anet will remove this.

Put your cap sig in slot 7, that skill almost pointless if you need to get out just run up against the rocky area

I think you mean slot 8 right? Slot 7 is your heal and res isn't it?
Also your coment has nothing to do with the OP about geting the elite worm siege skill early. I do agree with covering the get out of worm skill though as the only real use for it seems to be inside the desolation challenge mission.
